Day 1: Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa
Your adventure begins with an early departure from Cusco. After a scenic drive through the highlands, we arrive in Mollepata. From here, the trek starts with a gradual ascent surrounded by lush valleys and snowcapped peaks. By the afternoon, we reach Soraypampa (3,900 m / 12,795 ft), where our campsite awaits at the foot of the imposing Salkantay Mountain. You will also have the chance to hike to the turquoise Humantay Lake, a hidden gem framed by glaciers.
Day 2: Soraypampa – Salkantay Pass – Chaullay
